Proven project management tools, developed in collaboration with NASA Ames Research Center and NASA HQ. Deployable management tools able to meet both agency and contractor requirements, with a financial reporting system capable of managing entire agency budgets and a progress reporting system used to manage multiple support contracts - A distributed and integrated management information systems approach for monthly progress and financial reporting. A system designed to minimize the reporting burden on technical and management staff, while maximizing communications and oversight for technical and financial management. |
