The Universities Space Research Association (USRA) has partnered with the General Services Administration (GSA) in order to make it easier for university scientists, engineers, and technologists to participate in federally-funded research efforts. USRA is now on GSA's Federal Supply Schedule for Professional Engineering Services (PES).

USRA's PES contract enables government entities seeking to engage university talent to do so quickly and easily, and covers virtually every discipline of space-related science and technology, including applications of that science and technology in all aspects and phases of engineering work--from development of original concepts to system design, engineering and analysis, modeling and simulation, prototype development, testing and evaluation, and more.

The PES also allows university personnel to seek out opportunities with government agencies, confident that they have a reliable contract vehicle that can be implemented in a very short period of time.
