Helen Hall Joins USRA

Ms. Helen Hall has joined USRA as SOFIA Deputy Director for Program Management at the NASA Ames Research Center. Helen has an extensive background in program and project management. At Bechtel Nevada, she led the fielding of an advanced experimental series for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Later she managed an engineering and diagnostics fabrication office for Bechtel and the fielding of new experimental capabilities for Los Alamos National Laboratory.
